Regina Sherwood Vice President of Human Resources

Regina has over 30 years of business experience having served as both a chief human resource officer and senior principal human capital consultant. She is a trusted adviser in strategic organizational design, enterprise-wide compensation, talent management, and change management programs. She is skilled at building HR functions in a lean, cost-conscious environment and is an expert at defining enterprise-level and job family-based career pathways linked to rewards structures and organizational priorities.

Regina was promoted to Vice President in August of 2022 at Repertoire supporting senior leaders and employees in all facets of human capital advisement, programs, and people service operations.

Prior to joining Repertoire, Regina served as Senior Human Resources Director at Akcea Therapeutics, leading the recruitment of an entirely new executive leadership team and led the company-wide culture initiative to support a new CEO. She also spent over 15 years in progressive roles at Mercer, developing, and leading hundreds of HR-focused client engagements in employee rewards and talent management for small not-for-profits to large, global matrixed organizations. She also served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Simmons College, brought in to rebuild the function amid industry and organizational business challenges.

Regina received her Master’s in Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
